i have a template that works with adobe photo shop. pds files. will photo impact 12 do the same job?

hey

Well yes and no :) if you open a photoshop PSD in photoimpact it will allow you to move the layers around and delete text/layers but you wont be able to edit anything like the actual text or colors etc..
