PhotoImpact 12 [Photo Project Wizard Problems]

hi. im sorta new to ulead photoimpact 12 and when i click on photo project wizard (the one with three steps and you pick the template) it doesn't work that well. what i mean is that when i click on any template on the first of the three step, it shows a message saying to download and install the content packs. i had no idea what it was, so i downloaded a lot of things related to photoimpact 12, but all of them showed the same message of saying that i haven't installed photoimpact 12 or something similar to that. (yes, i did install it) any suggestions?

Hi! According to me, the Photo Project Wizard work with Full version.
If You have Free Trial... It's a problem...
If You have Full version- try to reinstall the program.

what nikos is probably right... if your using the trial version that might be the problem... make sure the path is right as well.
very frustrating
it is really frustrating if you can't open some templates and photo project styles. I also have the x3 and most of the photo project templates don't work.I also have the the full version of Photo Impact 12
